Essential reports for both Landlords and Tenants. We give a clear review of the property including detailed lists and colour photographs.
Check-out reports
We provide check-out reports by ensuring that the original inventory (whoever compiled it) is referred back to alongside providing a full review of the property and its condition at exit.
Full inventories
We provide a detailed and comprehensive inventory on the property and its condition, offering detailed lists of the contents and high quality digital colour photographs.
Inspections
Inventory Team offer mid-term or anytime inspection reports on properties. We work with the client to ensure that we agree timings directly and report promptly to the Landlord anything that should be brought to their attention.
Fully insured
Inventory Team is fully insured and has plenty of experience with all types of property.
Flexible times
We are extremely flexible, with a weekend and out of hours service provided and urgent check-outs when required.
